Second Lens

Possibly maybe, you already know that I'm bloody new to photography (just bought my first DSLR last June). Now it's time to explore more : buying the 2nd lens. (the first one is a kit)

Should I spend one on fixed lens (50 mm - F/1.8) or a tele (up to 200 mm) ?

Suggest me something, please.
